All products carry a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty unless stated any different on our site

Once you receive your order, you will be held fully responsible for the sending and collection costs of the damaged, broken or defective goods after 7 days of our delivery irrespective of whether or not it is under manufacturer’s warranty. Any return labels should not be placed directly on the item packaging as this will make the warranty null and void. Please wrap any items to be returned in a protective layer and place any labels on this outer packaging.

The manufactures warranty is limited to latent factory defects and does not cover wear and tear or negligence of the item.
Items such as: cross faders, switches, faders, knobs, speakers, bulbs, sockets, etc. are NOT covered by the warranty.
These items will need to be replaced at the customers cost. In most cases, things like bulbs, cross faders, faders, they are user replaceable and we can order the items for you. AMA music will not be responsible for payment and delivery of the replacement parts. The customer will be required to cover all costs, once payment has been made and we receive proof or confirmation of payment, the order will be processed.

At all times, we try our best to make sure all warranty repairs are carried out in the shortest time possible. We do our best to follow up with our suppliers however we have to adhere to their repair times. Sometimes there can be a delay if a part that needs to be replaced is out of stock. We however keep follow up and will keep clients updated.

Returns and Cancellations

Terms and conditions of sale and return and refund policies

Any return labels should not be placed directly on the item packaging. Please wrap any items to be returned in a protective layer and place any labels on this outer packaging. If this is not adhered to, we will not be able to do a return for you.

Once an order has been placed and paid for, the order will be deemed accepted by the client.
We will give store credit or exchange any  purchases within 7 days from the date of receipt as long as long as the item has not been used or installed and is returned in the original packaging and that the relevant proof of purchase is provided. A 20% handling fee will be charged on opened / used purchases subject to viewing and you will be responsible for the courier costs to get the item/s to us. You are deemed responsible that the item/s is/are in good condition right up to the point that we receive it and open the item/s to do a spot check.
This means that consumers have an obligation to get the goods back to us in a new condition.

Returned goods need to be inspected by trained technical staff before a decision is made as to how the return will be handled. Items cannot simply be swopped out before this procedure has been followed and fault has been identified.

We will pass the necessary refund only once / If we get a refund back from our supplier subject to a 20% handling fee. If goods are returned due to damage, it must be sent to the manufacturer for evaluation and will be repaired in accordance with their guarantee I.e. if it is found to be faulty due to a latent manufacturing defect. If this is not the case, the repair costs must be paid by the buyer before goods can be returned.
Consumers cannot expect us to provide redress if they have misused the products – through improper use, incompatible accessories etc.
We will not accept any item returned after 7 working days from delivery.

At no point will we ever take back Software where the box has been opened, seals tampered with or the software registered.

Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure complete compatibility between hardware and software products and endeavor to configure all equipment to the customers’ requirements, due to the frequent changes and continual upgrading of software and associated drivers we are unable to guarantee compatibility between the two. Should however, a compatibility issue arise we will endeavor to solve the problem, but in the event that we are unable to do so we cannot accept any liability for consequential loss.

Certain Items are illegible from being able to be returned namely:
All microphones, any in-ear earphones, or in-ear monitors, and any other items that touch your mouth, your nose, or your inner ear cannot be returned for refund once opened due to our health and safety policy. A 5% fee will be charged on any credit card reversals done through either Payfast, Mygate or Mobicred if a refund or partial refund is required. Online orders without any payment will be cancelled within 7 days after the order has been placed, there may be a cancellation charge of R100 which will be waivered on our discretion. Should there be any problems regarding the order you will be notified immediately.
