We deliver all over South Africa. Delivery is free for all orders over R1000. Orders below R 1000, we charge a flat rate of R99.
Once payment has been received and we process your order, deliveries take between 2-4 working days anywhere in South Africa.
Customers living in KZN have a same day pick up option if we have the stock on hand. There are no delivery charges should you opt to pick up from us directly.

Stock Availability

We always strive to have our products available for immediate shipment. However on rare occasions, due to the popularity and high demand, some of the products listed on our website, may be out of stock or on back order. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs. If you wish to cancel the order at this stage, you will be given the opportunity. Alternatively we will do our best to provide you with a solution whether it being another replacement product or sometimes even better product at the same price.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order with amamusic.co.za, an e-mail notification will be sent to you to confirm our receipt of your order request.

Shipping Confirmation

Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, a second e-mail will be sent to you confirming shipment including tracking information if sent by courier.

I have not received my order ?

Once your order has been dispatched, we are able to track the delivery and give you a status update should you require. Please call our offices on 031 409 AMAM (031 409 26 26) or email us at sales@amamusic.co.za to find out the progress of your order.

Delivery Address:

Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes. All goods sent out are delivered during the day, therefore please provide a day time delivery address and make sure that someone is available to receive the goods.

Export Restrictions:

We only ship within South Africa. We at this stage do not sell out of the South African Boundries.
